●三菱指名停止
中日新聞で
三菱重工指名停止という見出しがあった。
内容を見ると
ミサイルの開発ミス問題に関連して、防衛庁は指名競争入札で指名停止処分をするとの事。
数々の不祥事に堪忍袋の緒がきれたのか？
いや、たぶんそこまでに至る経緯があまりにもひどくて結果こうなったと
いった方がいいかもしれない。
指名競争入札と一般競争入札の参加資格を失うと言うことは契約が出来ないと言うことで
何もできないに等しい。
ミサイルのミスを見抜けなかった同庁技術研究本部の担当者は解雇とも
あって自体は相当なものである。
内情について別にして実は先週からこういう話はあった。
丁度、契約準備で資料を作成している時で聞いた瞬間は
とうとうここまで来たかというのがあった。
真にやむを得ない事情に該当するのは例外処置で契約可能だけど
影響は少なからずあるようだ。
まあ期間は短いという噂話もあるようだけど詳細は不明
まあトヨタも昔、倒産寸前までいって立ち直って
今のトヨタがあるし本田も同様
三菱もこれをバネにして頑張るしかないよね。。。
